3. Our Commitment to Customer Content Confidentiality
The content you submit for translation is your intellectual property. We are committed to ensuring its confidentiality and security.
- No Unconsented Model Training: We do not use your Customer Content to train or improve our publicly available, general-purpose NMT models. Your data will never be made available to other customers or third parties.
- Custom Models (Explicit Consent): For enterprise clients who explicitly consent to and contract for the creation of custom, domain-specific models, your data may be used to train a private model exclusively for your use.
- Secure Processing: Your content is processed only for the purpose of delivering the translation. It is securely managed and is not retained for longer than necessary to complete the task.
